Should you wish to return or exchange your purchased good, please follow the guidelines below or alternatively contact the Customer Assistance.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a good purchased at, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of good(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.
Goods must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Goods must be in it original packaging, not open, not use and in a resalable condition.
Returned or exchanged goods must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging. No refund or exchange will be processed for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled and opened.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the European Consumer Rights Directive, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of your goods, according to the conditions described in the present document. How to Return Goods

Making a Return by Mail

Please return the good(s) using the original shipping box and packing materials. Please include each good(s) in its original packing, together with a copy of your invoice, as well as the completed return form, specifying the return good and the return reason as the case may be.
For your convenience, please you should you require a DPD return label, please contact Customer Assistance and we’ll provide one.
After you should contact DPD to arrange for pick-up at an address of your choosing.
Original shipping charges are not refundable except for cancellations under Article 14 of the Terms of Sale. In all other cases, we will reimburse shipping charges for defective or incorrect items.
You shall receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the returns process.

How to Exchange Merchandise

You can exchange a good purchased from within 30 days of the receipt of your order goods.
Please return the item(s) to us by following the returns procedure as outlined in the above returns section.
Please indicate on the return form the item to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange as well as the item with which you would like to exchange the purchased good, exact volume size of the new good requested. Please include the completed return form in the package with the returned good.
Availability of the requested replacement good cannot be guaranteed.

We will refund you the original price (including any adjustments, if any) paid for the return good.
Please note that if you return a good without a receipt or an invoice, we will issue a credit for the last known value of the good.
All returns (including goods purchased through the gift service) will be credited to the original purchaser’s form of payment unless otherwise specified on the returns/exchanges form. The original purchaser’s credit card account will be credited upon the processing of the returned good(s), and the credit should appear on the original purchaser’s next bank statement.
Refunds of items purchased with a gift card will be issued in the form of another gift card.

Note all items discounted and in deals are not exchanged. The goods are only replaced by a credit which may be used in additional purchase at and the price will be adjusted by it total upon payment.
